| Specific areas of interest include the analysis of the role of remodeling enzymes in lymphocytes, regulation of immunoglobulin and cytokine genes, and the function of purified remodeling enzymes in a cell-free system using model transcription units. Experience with chromatin immunoprecipitation or biochemical assays with purified proteins is desired. | |
| Candidates must have a Ph.D. or M.D. degree and less than 5 years of postdoctoral experience in molecular biology/biochemistry. Salary is commensurate with research experience, according to the NIH intramural pay scale. Our laboratories are spacious and well-equipped.
