Laboratory of Molecular Gerontology
Postbaccalaureate Training Opportunity
Mitochondria and DNA Repair Research: A Postbaccalaureate position is currently available in the Unit on Oxidative DNA Damage Processing and Mitochondria Functions of the Laboratory of Molecular Gerontology of the National Institute on Aging. The selected candidate will participate in research on the molecular mechanisms of DNA repair in mammalian mitochondria, utilizing biochemical assays, cell biology techniques and animal models. Prior laboratory experience, especially in biochemistry and cell biology is a plus, but not essential.
