Hormones in Taste Buds

This study is being done to measure hormones that are secreted in response to smell, taste, and digestion of food.

This study is currently recruiting.

You will be asked to perform 7 different tasks of Tasting, Chewing, and Eating

Come to the NIA for: 1 screening visit (2 1/2 hours) 7 study visits (4 hours each)

Compensation up to $725.00

To be eligible:

Between 20 and 50 years old Overweight Healthy -- or -- At risk for diabetes -- or -- Diabetic
