| NPW1.2 filters: This table contains the individual ratio value of the
intensity (in logarithm) from custom-made filters (NPW1.2) that contain 2878
cDNA clones. The table consists of 27 columns: GenBank accession number, gene name, and 24 data columns that represent two independent experiments with a total of six repeats. Column RN1 (RN1-1 to 6) and RM1 (RM1-1 to 6) represent the intensity ratio of anti-CD3 stimulated over resting naïve and memory CD4+ T cells, respectively. Column RN2 (RN2-1 to 6) and RM2 (RM2-1 to 6) represent the intensity ratio of anti-CD3/CD28 stimulated over resting naïve and memory CD4+
T cells, respectively. |
