| Postdoctoral position available to apply high-throughput automated visual screening of RNAi feeding libraries in C. elegans. Our interdisciplinary group has developed image classification algorithms based on machine learning techniques, and we would like to apply these to the systematic reconstruction of genetic pathways in C. elegans, beginning with age and stress-response pathways. |
